I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Monterrey with superb service and impressive amenities. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, although I found the bathtub a bit slippery. The dining options were great and well-priced, making my stay an excellent value overall. However, my experience was slightly marred by a mix-up with the phone service, which could definitely use some improvement.

I had an outstanding experience at this resort spa! The service was top-notch, especially when I celebrated my birthday, as the staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel special. The wellness suite offered amazing amenities, and I loved having access to the spa facilities at any time. However, there was a minor hiccup with the healthy snacks being forgotten, but they were quick to bring them as soon as I called. Overall, I would definitely come back for another stay!
